POST-DOCTORAL RESEARCHER

Caitlin R. Bowman
Caitlin received her PhD from Penn State in 2015 working in the Cognitive Aging and Neuroimaging Lab with Dr. Nancy Dennis. She joined the Brain and Memory Lab in 2015 to pursue her interest in understanding the neural mechanisms of learning and memory. Her graduate work focused on the neural mechanisms of false memories as well as strategies for improving memory precision. As a postdoctoral researcher in the lab, her work, she sought to understand the roles of both generalization and precision in adaptive memory function and how each changes with advanced age.
