Lainey received the Grand Prize Award for best psychology poster for her research on the “Memory Effect of Event Boundaries Caused by Spatial Change” at the 2024 undergraduate research symposium. Click here to take a look at the poster. Congratulations, Lainey!
Ashish received funding through the Hui Undergraduate Research Scholars program to participate in research throughout Spring 2024-Winter 2025. Particularly, this allows him to work on full-time research over the summer. Congratulations, Ashish!
Riley received funding through the O’Day Fellowship to participate in full-time research over the summer. Congratulations, Riley!
Dasa was one of four recipients to receive the Faculty Research Mentor Award from CURE! Ten undergraduate research assistants wrote personable messages expressing their gratitude for Dasa’s hard work and leadership. She was acknowledged at this year’s undergraduate research symposium and can also be found in the URS program.
Congratulations, Dasa!

We did a Brain and Memory workshop at Edison Elementary School. The graduate students and research assistants in the lab put on four stations to demonstrate how fun it is to learn about psychology. We had stations looking at perception, brain anatomy and safety, memory, and neurons.
